Text by William Wordsworth

In 'A Night Thought', William Wordsworth reflects on the beauty and the calm of the night and the moon. The text and evokes such wonderful and rich imagery of the stillness and grace of the night.

George and I have long been admirers of the works of Ralph Vaughan-Williams and other English composers of the late 19th and early 20th century and it was fitting to write a piece of that style for George.
